BUY & RENTBACK

D Tech Finance offers greater flexibility through our Buy & Rent Back facility. If you have existing equipment we will buy it from you and then rent it back to you at highly competitive rates. We will offer you the greater of the book or market value, which will negate any accounting or tax loss on your part.

If your current equipment is financed through other institutions, we can settle those contracts so that all your equipment can be rented through D Tech Finance, and enjoy the benefits of our flexible rental programme.

INSURANCE

Fully comprehensive cover on your leased assets can be provided as an option under a D Tech Finance (Pty) Ltd lease contract. Our in-house insurance option will mitigate the impact of any theft or loss on your organisation. Importantly, the cost of insurance can be included in your lease payments, further enhancing the benefits of leasing with D Tech Finance. And, as an additional benefit to your organization, the D Tech Finance insurance offering can also be structured with a zero excess option. Therefore, should your company have a legitimate claim, the stolen equipment will be replaced without you having to allocate or find additional budget for the insurance excess.

LEASE MANAGER

With Lease Manager you can view all the assets you have on lease, the payments that have already been made, and any future lease obligations in a secure online environment. This will assist you in allocating the appropriate budgets to the relevant fiscal years at a click of a button without the need for any complicated calculations. All the information relating to the number of assets, the assets types, as well as the associated costs will be available to you through this tool. The lease management tool also provides cost centre billing to assist you with the allocation of costs to the various departments within your company. Finally, this information can be captured by business unit, by location and by user for even greater control.

ASSET TRACKING

D Tech Finance (Pty) Ltd can also provide you with cost effective web-based asset tracking functionality. This tool tracks all assets connected to the network and the nominal cost of this service can also be included in your periodic lease payments. Customised reports can be set up to proactively manage your leased assets, which will ensure control of all assets irrespective of location. As long as the asset is connected to your network, either via your LAN, WAN or even remotely, it will be tracked. This tool leads to a reduction of in-house theft and increases the likelihood of recovery, thereby protecting not only the assets but more importantly the confidential company data residing in them. It can also assist with change management in your environment. For example, if a note book is transferred to a different user or department the asset tracking tool will let you know in real time that the change is happening. This gives you proactive control over your company’s entire installed asset base. The tracking system will also help you manage the process of returning rented equipment when it is being upgraded or when the contract has expired.
